At Green India Youth Women Society, we value the trust and support of our donors.
This policy explains the terms for refund and cancellation of donations.
1. Non-Refundable Donations
- All donations made to Green India Youth Women Society are non-refundable as they are used immediately for our social and environmental programs.
2. Duplicate or Accidental Payment
- In case of a duplicate transaction or accidental payment, please contact us within 7 working days of the donation date.
- After verifying the details, we will initiate a refund (if applicable) to the original payment method.
3. Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of confirmation.
- Any transaction charges deducted by the payment gateway (Razorpay) may not be refundable.
